Bilona A2 ghee

– Milk source: Made from the milk of indigenous cows that produce A2 beta-casein protein.
– Production method: Follows the traditional Bilona process: milk is cultured into curd, the curd is churned by hand to make butter, and then the butter is slowly heated to make ghee.
– Flavor and aroma: Has a rich, nutty, and aromatic taste.
– Nutrient content: Believed to have high nutrient retention because of the traditional process.
– Digestibility: Considered more easily digestible due to the Bilona method.
